Lovely apartment in good location
Check in and access was unnecessarily complicated. No proper parking outside to facilitate access and having to park in a five minute loading zone was not ideal. The PIN number to get in did not work so had to rely on friends already there to get us in.

Nice to have a balcony, handy to Ponsonby road and some good eateries
Apartment is right above the garage door so can be annoying, ceiling fan and one bedside table light didn’t work, even though the instructions to get into building were detailed, there are a lot of instructions & finally the room smelt of cooking odours

Great location, generous size, always available, well stocked apartment. Great cafe and supermarket nearby.
No stopping immediately outside apartment. Drop-off, pickup difficult.

The building was in a great location very easy to enter and exit with great parking and all the facilities you could need. Clean, comfortable, extremely well appointed. Great bed, shower, kitchen facilities. Perfect if you needed to do some work with great wifi, very quiet and private.
Loved everything!

Great location central to everything.
Ponsonby right around the corner, close to supermarket, shops, restaurants and cafes.
Spotlessly clean, studio apartment.

I loved the architecture, the attention to detail, the interior styling, the heated bathroom floor and towel rails, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a great size. I always love having a little balcony and it was so nice to sit out there in the sun with a coffee from Juno downstairs. The room size was quite generous for a studio apartment too. I was there for work, so I really appreciated the desk. I was very happy for the excellent block out curtains and the room was also very sound proof. The location was perfect with Woolworths just across the road, a coffee shop downstairs and Ponsonby Road was just a short walk away. The high street offers shopping, great restaurants and even a great spa. I can highly recommend Spring Spa.
Flying in from Australia I didn't have a working phone yet, so I didn't have access to the key collection process. I had to resort to having someone from a nearby business help me phone for them. The details were only sent to me the night before and I missed them due to being on the move. Usually I have them a couple of days before my stay so I can make a note of them. Also, the only thing is the room that I didn't like was the uncomfortable couch, which wasn't a big problem. Oh and heads up for anyone staying, don't use the taxi service, its crazy expensive. Uber or Didi was fine.

Great central location, clean and easy to access.
The check-in process was horrible and invasive.
I objected to having to share a selfie of myself and upload a copy of my drivers license to check-in, I have asked for this to be removed from the system in case of data leaks in future and have not had a satisfactory response to my request.
I also would have been happy to pay a security hold for the property had I been informed and consented in advance, but instead they don’t tell you, they just take a $200 hold from your account more than a week prior to check in and you have to query the reason for the additional charge.
I think you can stay in equally nice places without such invasive demands and I would not book with this company ever again.

The location and the beautiful building
The sink wouldn’t drain properly in the bathroom and the two bed side lamps didn’t work.

The apartment and building were beautiful and modern. Everything was brand new and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need including dishwasher, microwave, oven, all utensils.
Perfect location with a supermarket opposite, and a few minute walk to the cafes/bars/restaurants on ponsonby road.
We had some questions with check in/check out and the staff on the phone were really friendly and happy to help, even when we were calling at 1am to check in.
Didn’t want to leave, and will 100% be staying here every time I visit Auckland.
The only small thing I felt was missing from the apartment was a floor length mirror.
