City & Ponsonby Center Side 2 BDR Townhouse vs AC

Honestly loved the property! Amazing place with a creative style! The 3x bathrooms came in very handy with 4 people. The rooms were a nice size with enough space to move around. Loved how both rooms had windows with a little view! The 2x shower heads were amazing! The light features, fan, heater, accessible plugs, kitchen appliances, utensils and mini condiments made the stay so enjoyable and relaxing - everything was so flash (as we would say-brand new)! The wardrobe sizes were so cool and very handy, as was everything provided! The oil was a very nice touch! The gold jacket/hat/bag holder on the wall was such a nice touch! The kitchen was beautiful, hidden dishwasher was definitely amazing and so cool to use!Plenty of storage was comforting! The outside area was very comfortable and very spacious - great for sitting and lying out in the sun! The television was very cool to have in the lounge as well! Our most favourite part was the cubby hole under the stairs, the door under the table - cool spot for storage and was exciting to see in real life!

The location was okay, just the road works at the time. There was only one parking space available but our group had 2 vehicles - one car had to find a parking elsewhere and was further than anticipated. The couch could be a bit bigger to seat 3 people comfortably, not very suited for 3 mid sized people. The dining room itself and the chairs were okay size but the table was a bit small. Not that we didn’t like it - but was confused why there was a glass sliding door in the dining room.

Location is central and easy to find. The host is responsive and accommodating. The interior is clean and tidy. Good for short stays and if you just need a place to sleep.

The amenities were basic and bare minimum, and the laundry pods looked like they hadn't been used for months. The teabags were expired as well. Rooms are a bit small, and the beds are right beside the ensuite bathroom.
