Spacious, comfortable and clean. Handy location right on the outskirts of the CBD. Nice views and parking was a nice touch. Fantastic communication from the host!
The old dryer was seldom working, with a new one sitting in a box, supposedly has been for a while. Hopefully it can be installed soon for future guests.

Location was great for walkability into city centre. Instructions provided by host were clear and easy to understand making access a breeze and most of checkout.
Furniture was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. Couch felt like sitting on wooden boards wrapped in thin fabric. Single beds in second bedroom were also impossible to get good sleep on and pillows were very cheap. Second bedroom also had no opening window so room warmed quickly. Both bathrooms also had no windows and broken fans (or fans that were not clear to get working); not great to have no air flow in bathrooms.
