Location was great. Two bathrooms excellent and comfy beds
We were promised complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the containers were empty. The tea supplied tasted funny so probably old. Also it would have been nice to have some milk even the UHT one serve ones.

The bathrooms were both decent sizes.
The property was very noisy, single glazed windows and a train track below with trains constantly running, even during the night.

Location was good close to spark arena
Clock doesn’t work , dryer still in box , hole and marks over walls, no shampoo or conditioner, no top sheet on bed, no milk. Luxury is an overstatement. No luxury furniture or beds, plastic plants everywhere . 3 tea bags available, coffee and sugar canisters on sideboard were rock hard.
