Some spare blankets would've been nice. Not easy to use the TV. Not easy garage parking for a large vehicle and no space for an extra vehicle.

It was my brother and nephew who travelled with me. 3 beds two bathrooms was perfect. We went to the concert at eden Park. It was a nice place to get ready and a good base.

I really like to leave the places I stay as clean as possible, some surface cleaning supplies would have been nice, spray and wipe and some paper towels or cloths. But it’s all good.

Location was great and property was good value for money. Suited three people looking for one room each. Property was clean and tidy. Car park was very convenient as well.

Be warned the garage is tight to get into - so check with the owner to see your vehicle can fit before relying on that park. I have Subaru Forester and was ok. Paid parking close by. Also was unsure about rubbish & recycling points but there is bins for the entire housing complex just around the corner. Maybe some notes in the home would be good. Need some bigger tea and coffee mugs - the ones provided were pretty but too small for the average kiwi hot drink. And finally we were unsure about the grate in the kitchen sink and how to remove it so ended up using the dishwasher even for small loads.

Easy to access and clean

The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. All the beds only had a thin mink blanket provided and a thin sheet, with no duvet, which made it very cold at night. The downstairs shower also did not drain properly, and the water rose quickly over the drain, you need to finish your shower early to avoid it overflowing.
