Host seemed friendly enough, but wouldn’t stay again

The rabbit was cute. Shower was good. Had basic necessities.

Grounds were very untidy and unkept. Beds were uncomfortable and not sure if the sheets had been changed between bookings? We were disappointed at this accommodation and couldn’t wait to leave.

I like the location very near to the city center, easy access to all accommodation.

One of the heater doesn't work and the other one is very old and cannot adjust the temperatures. The yard is not properly maintained.

Very disappointing

No washing or clothes drying facilities.The entry pathway down to unit was very rough in fact I tripped over on the last day. And on one afternoon the unit next to us were obviously having an argument bad language and yelling which was quite traumatic for our grandchildren,they have come out of a traumatic family situation and are still very vunerable girls The bench top oven was very low down in fact we had to get on our knees to use it The benchtop oven was down under the sink and we had to get on ouknees to use it safely Cutlery and dishes were missing matched.And the shower was an accident waiting to happen 12inches to the floor especially if you were an older person

As AirBnb hosts ourselves, with a very similar property layout, we were excited to be guests for a treat! This property was perfect for our young family. There was plenty of space, and the rabbit and chicken were a real hit with the kids. Excellent location for everything we wanted to do. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Worth the money, awesome location and very tidy unit. Great for family stay with the kids.

The location of the property was very convenient, short walk to the restaurants and shops. The bunny made our stay, kids would not leave him, watching and checking on him. He is very social and loves the gentle pats. The rooms were very comfortable. Board games made a fun evening finished with a run for need for speed on ps4. Our stay was absolutely wonderful

Nothing to do with the property itself, but heaps of mosquitos (must be the season). Make sure you stock up on bug repellent

Excellent location, comfortable place, great price.

It was a big enough place to sleep 2 adults in 1 room, my 16yo son in one room, my 18yo daughter had the double bed in the lounge, and my 14yo daughter slept on the couch (but only because they refused to bunk in together, and the couch was apparently very comfy). The location was excellent. It was clean and tidy. There were massive TVs.

The car parking space was a little bit of a challenge and there was quite a big step up into the shower, so probably not the best if you have some mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was great.

nice cozy quiet place to stay

we turned up a bit earlier than expected, the place wasnt quite ready however the host was very accomadating as we were not keen on roaming any longer as we had a big drive down. Inside this house is beautiful, warm, quiet and cozy yet big enough for our family of 5.very homely feel to it. The board games were a nice touch and our kids liked feeding the bunny. Beds were cozy as we all slept very well. location was nice and central, down off the street so nice and quiet. would recommend.

Within walking distance to the town centre

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms had great windows which provided a lot of natural light. The availability of a washing machine and a washing line was very welcome. The bunny was very friendly and lovely to pat :-)

The kitchen was small and could use a refresh of setup and equipment. It was better suited for a single person than a family. The garden was overgrown. There was a bedside lamp in one room but nowhere to plug it in.

适合家庭入住因为有三个房间三张大床，有私密感也有家的感觉价格经济实惠。特别是没想到的里面有供玩的游戏机和各种拼图、书可以阅读，后院有巨大的跳跳床和兔子孩子特别喜欢，这些是超出预期的。有餐具和锅具调料十分方便，也方便洗嗮衣服，有洗衣机和洗衣粉，如果有烘干机那就完美啦！唯一不明白的是叫了两次车，但当地的地图导航都带到对面附近的街道去了。入住三天感觉床垫舒适，离公交站台也近方便出行。

第一次去新西兰就遇上连续的暴雨天气，所以如果有洗衣烘干机就完美啦！

Super logement pour court séjour dans Auckland !

L'hôte a fait son possible pour nous permettre d'arriver plus tôt que prévu et nous l'en remercions grandement ! Le logement était génial, cosy et confortable. Petit bonus avec le petit lapin à l'extérieur depuis la terrasse, grand succès auprès de notre fils de 4 ans ! Si on doit repasser par auckland un jour, on pensera à ce logement qui a un très bon rapport qualité/prix 😊

Le petit moins surtout en cas de séjour longue durée reste la cuisine qui est tout petite et sans vrai plaque de cuisson ou four. Nous y sommes restés que pour une nuit donc on avait prévu en fonction pour le repas mais pour du long termes ça peut être un frein 😊
