it was a great place to stay and I'm happy to book next time I go to NZ

The room was very clean and comfortable to stay for the night. we were so tired we needed to rest and refreshed before we travelled back to Australia. we met few ladies at the door on our way out they look professional and uniform looks clean and tidy.

area was a bit crowded and narrow I was a bit worry about our stay for the night, but we hadn't had any problems just a noise from the nightclub, but it didn't board us at all,

Was such a great place to stay

We enjoyed the location, right next to the mall and pretty much a couple minute drive away from manukau. We also enjoyed coming back after a long day out and seeing how clean it was. It truly is a service that was so appreciated.

For what I paid for the room I think it's good value for money and would stay again. The location is

Location, Price, Comfortable large bed

Slippery shower floor making it dangerous and filthy carpet in room making the room smelly. Kitchen wasn't well equipped making it difficult to prepare meals.

I booked x2 rooms one for myself the for my daughter & her husband & their 6mth old baby they got given room 3 it stunk like cigarettes! There was cigarette butts outside sliding door! Not a good first impression! Carpet not vacuumed!

Generally good, ideal for going to the airport.

The room was very clean and well equipped. A toaster in the room would have been handy but I did go downstairs and use the one in the communal kitchen. A little noisy outside at night, our room was at the front of the building. Ideally situated for us to go to the airport for our flight home.

Clean, have all amenities we need, kids love it. Good location right next to Kmart. Lots of options to eat around. A few mins drive to Rainbows End and was able to get cake from Cheesecake Factory (walking distance).

The birds can get very loud at night especially if your room is around the palm tree area. Cars get very loud too but if the whole family is tired, wouldn't even notice.

Small room, with two tiny windows, air conditioning didn't work. Not only were the filters completely clogged bug it was also out of gas. No staff on site to tell both at night and when we left. Made the room stifling and very uncomfortable

Location was ok, near a supermarket and restaurants for dinner.

Staff were not very welcoming and put us in a room facing the main road, with verticals only on the large window, so we were completely on view to the street. At around 9:00pm, a very bright security floodlight was put on, lighting up the room like daylight. We couldn't sleep at all, so decided to leave early in the morning. I tried to call the after hours number as the early checkout procedure wasn't really all that clear, and all I got was on hold music.
