This motel was really good value for money as it is very tidy and customer service was great.

The area was far from desirable, however due to the great service and good facilities, I would stay there again and hope

The facilities were very clean and up to date. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Large bathroom and shower, with great water pressure, good sized dinette, and sleeping area with tv and air con.

The property is within a suburban area, that was very undesirable. I was kept up all hours of the night by screaming children and teens, loud music and locals partying.

- More lighting options would be nice considering there isn't much natural light - The heater labels are not in English, so hard to work

It was ok

I didn’t get the deluxe studio I paid for which had a double and single bed with a patio and that cost $159 Instead I got a room with a double bed and no single bed or patio which cost $139 I went to the reception and he said “he gave me that room cause It was just me” he didn’t want to give me the room I paid for

We loved our stay and would stay again.

Check in was easy. Staff was very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable and great for 3 people. Bathroom was also spacious considering that it is a motel. It had everything we needed. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. There is a Stake Center right across and there is a grocery store just down the road. There is also a little park right next door.

Spacious, modern and perfect for a short stay

Place is very easy to find. Very clean and spacious. TV had built-in Netflix too. Got a free upgrade during my stay. Staff were so nice. Overall a great place to stay at, would definitely recommend 😊

Nice stay once again 😁

Have been here once before so decided to come back because of the space, cleanliness and amenities you receive for the price you pay. I was only there for a night, however I had car troubles on my way to the motel which affected my check in time. Management was very prompt when contacted and very accommodating to my needs. Will definitely be staying here again! 😁

Second time staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Staff are very welcoming and were really helpful when I needed to extend my stay. The room was spotlessly clean, with rubbish bins cleared daily and fresh towels provided. The location is very quiet, with a pleasant outlook bordering on a park. Directly opposite a large Mormon complex, the area felt safe for a solo traveller, with plenty of parking on-site. Very handy to a supermarket and takeaway outlets and easy drive to the airport (approximately 10-15 mins).

The bed was a little firmer than what I usually like (I love a soft bed), but not uncomfortably so, and would probably suit most people.

Perfect and convenient

Our second time staying at Yates Park and it was as lovely as our first. The staff are really accommodating and helpful and we enjoyed the location as well as it’s really close to the local grocery store and other stores. Onsite parking is also convenient.

Overall the good outweighs the bad

The reception staff was hospitable and helpful but unfortunately it went down pretty fast thereafter.

Some of the most important parts of a stay are location, bed, shower and cleanliness. It failed terribly on almost all these parameters. Bed was uncomfortable, two pillows and both of them too soft. Shower pressure was particularly bad, and non existent. To make this even worse, there was a guest in the next room who decided to blast music from 11pm to 8am and call people.needless to say there are no walls, just boards and you can hear everything. I understand the manager couldn’t do much about someone deciding to be a prick to others, they did not have to put us next to the trouble making guest when there were only three cars in the parking lot and most of the rooms vacant. We had to drive the next day and could literally get no sleep whatsoever. While the location is close to the airport, it is also frequented by Loud noisy cars blasting music at odd hours.

Exactly what we wanted.. only a stay over for the night. Family event to attend which was just around the corner. We were able to check in a lot earlier with no problems.
