The instructions were easy and clear to access the lock book with 2 sets of keys and leaving 1 in there just in case. That tag accessed the building and rooms, so so easy!
Nothing at all it was a great location and had an amazing cafe next door that we visited every day! That was an absoltue bonus.

It is a very comfortable apartment. It had everything I needed, included a well equipped kitchen. It is handy to the shopping centre and next door to a cafe. The bed is firm and comfortable. It is a really handy, well equipped apartment for a few days in Auckland.
There was a little bit of toilet paper on the end of a roll and no spare rolls. The dishwasher hadn't been properly emptied since the last guest and nothing on the benches had been moved to clean - there was food behind the knife block.

Well appointed apartment, very comfortable bed, handy to a supermarket and local shops.
It was freezing on arrival and the heat pump had to run for a few hours to take the chill off the space.

Perfect location. Apartment is new and had everything we needed. Communication with Brian was really good. We had issues with the wifi and Brian was quick to help us fix the issue. Once resolved wifi was working well. Netflix included was a plus. Would stay here again!
