Great hosts, great location for our group and price was good.

Grounds need a bit of attention to clean up the property but someone came in on Saturday and mowed the lawn which helped to clean up the appearance.

Great location and generally well equipped. Good value for money.

Could do with a deep clean (walls etc), it smelt quite musty inside, could do with more kitchen crockery (mugs and bowls)

Location, kitchen facilities and the fact that it was roomy.

1. Lawns needed cutting. Washing line unusable due to vegetation growth. 2. TV had no free to air channels. This is free a standard in most accommodations. Disappointing. 3. Electrician needed to check electrical circuits. We had a circuit of lights go out including the wifi on our last night of our stay. 4. In general the property needs to have some maintenance particularly on the outside as it looks untidy and unkempt.

Dirty, rotten fish

Rotten fish in conservatory, dirty everywhere, hard uncomfortable beds. Weird drug substance in kitchen cupboards. Rubbish on floors, on windows sills and cob webs and dust everywhere. Mould in bathroom and showers. When contacted owner, they claimed they cleaned it before we arrived which is a complete lie, took photos day i arrived and have reported to booking.com

Unlucky You NOT lucky you

Bed downstairs very comfortable, the kitchen & bathrooms looked like they had been updated and shower downstairs was great. WIFI was very good. Nice liquid hand soap in the bathrooms.

The upstairs bed, uncomfortable & the pillows up & downstairs too hard or too thin. No top sheet on either beds.The upstairs shower was blocked every time it was used. House wasn't clean, i.e., glasses, cutlery were dirty & had to be washed before use. Only 1 very small pan available, which made cooking a challenge. The upstairs toilet had not been cleaned & the downstairs shower glass was dirty. There were no keys to exit any external doors, only the front door. A text was sent to the manager on the day of arrival asking for a key - he advised he would drop it around that afternoon but never turned up. This was even more annoying as we'd stayed in waiting. This was unsafe as the only exit was the front door. A used vape & dirty tissue were found at the back of the upstairs bed. As per previous comments, the garden was in a terrible condition, long grass, broken lattice, creeper over clothesline making it unusable - however there was a clothes airer outside which had cobwebs over it & there was no gas bottle for the bbq. When we were leaving, some people turned up to mow the lawns. This was NOT a luxury villa at all. .

Great house, good for travellers

Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable 3 bedrooms house. The host is approachable and provided quick support to our request. As a travellers, we go out in the morning and get back at night, all we need are clean bathroom, hot water, good bed and feeling like at home, this house is perfect for these requirements. The garden needs a bit of attention and maintenance (it is just a recommendation), but we don't spend time in the garden during the day, so we dont really care. This house has a great sunroom / dining room. Good location, closed to shopping centre.

It would be nice to have an air-conditioning installed in 3 bedrooms, when we stayed at the house, each room has a FAN and the temperature night was not that hot, so the fan is good enough.

no tea towels a key component to cooking and cleaning. the surrounding gardens are unkempt. it smelled abit moldy.
