Very warm and cosy house. Loved the rain shower heads. Good location for what we wanted to do while there. Very spacious, and bedrooms were a great size. Beds looked like they weren't going to be comfy, but they actually were.
Small things - not enough towels provided on arrival, for the amount of guests staying. - spider webs every where - windows were pretty dirty inside and out. - also, didn't like the fact that none of the beds had a top sheet under the duvet.

Nice location, central to south, east and CBD Auckland. Spacious for whole family. All the ameneties were perfect, we were able to focus on what we were there for rather than the mundane tasks of cleaning.

Communication from Prince was excellent. On-time an through. House was perfect for or family group. Loved the led mirrors in the bathrooms and rainfall shower heads.
Grounds need a bit of attention to clean up the property but someone came in on Saturday and mowed the lawn which helped to clean up the appearance.

Great location and good communication. Facilities were good.
The house unfortunately smelt extremely musty and like it had not had a window open in months. We were there for 5 nights and it did not get much better.
