Parking was good, off street, management were great, lovely and clean, had everyting we needed. Could walk to and from function, lots of eating places nearby as well as the train if you need it. Would recommend staying there.

Couldnt beat this if you are going to Eden Park or an event at Kingsland. Its not 5star by any means but its clean, comfortable, cheap and the location couldnt be beaten. Really nice staff. Decent rooms.

This was a great place to stay! Check-in was quick and easy. Location is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy. I was happy to have some plates, cups, and silverware in the room for a few meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Greta area . It’s in the middle of Auckland . The malls where only 10 minutes from each other it’s was great

Property was great for the price and just across from rail station. Receptionist friendly and informative. Room had all amenities- nice sized bathroom and complimentary tea! Bed comfortable and plenty of natural lighting. Nice light blocking blinds for at night, and fairly quiet for being in the city! Room was clean and in good condition, didn't smell like smoke or have any typical odd hotel smells. It is a gem! Parking is right off the road in front of building, maps says you have arrived a bit before the entrance, but easy to find if you keep driving along the road- huge sign! Maybe 5 parking spaces total, but I think there are more spaces on the streets nearby. Would recommend if needing to be in the city for something and not wanting to spend a fortune, or a great place after arriving or before departing NZ. We will be back again when we leave NZ if there are rooms available.

A very old building converted into motel rooms. But it served our needs for a two night stay in Auckland. The only negative was a creaky floor which woke my wife up when I had to get up.

This place was a good stay for us. The place is a little bit tired and could use a bit of touch up but it was very clean, had everything we needed and I really appreciated the kitchenette and how it was well put together. It was a little bit tricky to find but we got there. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Being close to Dominion Rd and all that is there is really great. We were very happy with the accommodation.

Older property, but clean and comfortable and right next to Stadium and bus/train. Owner’s communication is top notch and even held our bags for the day for us to explore after check out. Office hours very, so let them know when arriving or departing. Physical keys given and returned. Our room had a small sink and forks and knives. Shower was spacious.
