Very handy to the airport which was helpful, although it did mean the noise of planes landing/taking off was extremely loud so we had very early morning starts each day. Very warm once the heating was running. Plenty of space. Quiet neighbours. Handy to supermarkets, etc.
Parking was VERY tight. It could do with a deep clean, we didn't use the couch because it wasn't clean and the shower floors needed a proper scrub. We were sent a list of jobs to do on vacating which was unusual.

Tons of spaces available
People in the house next door couldn’t fit their car into the garage so they blocked our entrance to the garage. Then they were very rude to us about their parking situation

We all fit in the space.
Parking was TIGHT. It was a new build but with a terribly rushed and poorly done finish. Nothing elegant about it. The seating in the living room was all stained and filthy. Junky signs everywhere that lowered the feeling. Rubbish from previous guests was under the bed. There were not enough dining chairs for the number of guests.
