Spacious house, everything in the house was working well and a calm neighbourhood. I Would come back again if they do a thorough cleaning of the house , change the mattresses, bed linens, duvets and blankets. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Just minor changes are needed.
The walls had markable stains, ragged mattresses, and the duvets weren't pleasant; some really smelled bad. Thankfully, I came with some to use. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the mattresses.

The yard needs a good tidy up, which was rubbish around various places of this space, including a few spots inside. it's also a pretty rough area which you wouldn't know if you're like me and are not sure of areas to avoid in Auckland. their is no dining table, a few things we're broken, and the cleaner did a half pie job with cleaning. It is spacious, and improvements can be easily made. It wasn't a horrible experience, and the price wasn't bad, just a review.
