Safe/Secure, Central and affordable.

Rooms x2 was small, but we (family of 6) only needed the rooms to sleep in as it was a quick overnight turnaround. Affordable and Central to anything and everything, secure parking and cameras around the premises. Shower pressure was amazing.

Just a friendly reminder that it is 24/7 access so people were walking in and out in all hours of the night and can be distracting. but I remember reading that this does occur. Just happened a lot on the night we stayed. Another guest was drunk and loud but security was able to sort it out immediately.

The location

The bathroom was quite dirty! Our shower mat that goes on the floor had mould all over it. We turned the air con on and it was leaking, that also had mould on it. The rooms echoed very easily, even the sound of the tv echoed without it even being on 15 for the volume. Not a very nice stay and we probably won’t be back but we were grateful!

Check in was smooth was supposed to be ready at 2 but waited an extra hour for my room to be ready and kept getting told just 10minutes . Walls are thin i was in room 1 and was hard to sleep due to noises

Lino Motel floors not cozy

The location was very handy to shops eating places .

The Lino floors were very cold and uncomfortable , and dangerous when wet from going from showers to room and I felt like the room never heated up properly and a near by neighbour off premise was playing loud music all night which disturbed my stay , was not provided the little treats in a bathroom either , nasty toilet sprayed in room before entering .

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one in the front desk. There is a sign that said to call a number, which I did, 3 times, with no answer. I had to book another hotel for the night, spending double the money. When I finally reached the motel to ask for a refund because no one was there to check me in, the response I got was that I should have called and rang the doorbell. There was no sign that said to ring any doorbell. The hotel refused to give me a refund. Do not book this hotel!

Quiet location, easy enough to find. Rooms on the smaller side but good cleanliness in room & bathroom, with basic amenities. Check in, check out was fast and easy.

Some of the guests seemed like locals, with some characters that may make people nervous. However, I did not feel unsafe, even when going in and out during the night. It was fine.

Cramped, hot space Fridge didn't work so milk left in there in there was off. The milk was so tiny it was pathetic. The noise of the surrounding businesses was crazy...no peace & quiet cos this area doesn't sleep

The location

Not safe. Got my car vandalized but had no camera footage. Had to evacuate at 3am due to smoke alarm, was false alarm. No service, had to go down get towels. Hard to explain to the Asian man at the desk of the things we needed especially with my car being vandalized. First time not liking a motel I stayed in

Absolutely fine as a base.

The Conroy is fine for what I needed which was a place to stay while attending a Tech week. My room.was thankfully quiet. Towels and coffee replaced every second day. When I had an air con issue it was sorted immediately. Bed etc was clean and comfy. Cups etc and a few untensils for my meals. Walking distance from public transport and shops. Not flash but clean.

The fridge was leaking a bit making the bottom shelf wet. A small chopping board would be ideal. A curtain that could be pulled would be great in the room.as the bright spotlight from outside shone through the blinds. Being woken up by the fire alarm at 6 on my last morning was not ideal (no fire - it got swutched off) but I guess it is what it is.

Great place to stay for one night. Clean, room had aircon (thank goodness cause it was extremely hot at night) and tv with Netflix! And private bathroom as well

Could hear bar music across the road and Fire Alarm went off at 6am in the morning??? (No comms from anyone on what was happening so ended up going back to room to sleep)

Reception was friendly and open until 10pm, which offered some security.

Room 11. The sound of running water above the room all night. Bright lght outside window with only a thin blind that did not block the light. Noisy. No reception past 10pm and people come and go all night until early morning. People video calling in lobby that can be heard in room 11. People playing music and video from phones in the hallway, yelling out, banging on walls. Cars parking in carpark playing music, making calls that can be heard from inside room. There are pokies bars on each block and it seems like lots of guests come back once bars closed.

Unfortunately the guests staying next door to me were extremely extremely loud. They were shouting at each other most of the night, banging walls, slamming doors and outside they were kicking each other's cars. The yelling and swearing was loud enough for the whole building to hear. Pretty difficult to sleep. Nice place but the guests were too loud for anyone to sleep.

- someone knocked at my door twice and the receptionist said no one was there - accused me of stealing cheap towels and messaged that they will complain about me on the website when the towels are in the cabinet. - unsafe location. Too many hori people. - can’t control the aircon. Just keeps going back to one temperature.

The shower was great with good pressure. Had Afterpay which was the reason it was chosen. Close enough to my event.

There shud be some sort of mat to wipe your shoes or so you could get into bed with clean feet. I could hear noise from shoes from whoever walked past in the hallway. The background noise of the nearby bar. The lack of tv access. Should be able to just turn on the tv instead of silly passwords for even free normal tv channels. None of the passwords worked
