The hist was very helpful and responsive, we forgot our bag with passports inside after closing the gate but he helped us immediately to get in and leave to the station on time which we appreciate very much It was difficult to find the the address but the host helped to reach there

1-the steep stairs to the apartment, no lift we had to leave our luggage in the entrance as it was difficult to carry it upstairs Old building and everything squeaky and noisey 2- electricity: power goes out if you try to use more than one AC at the same time 3- oven did not work ( for safety) 4- third room is a joke could not use is as very got in summer 5- no light in the entrance and hit my head few times trying to find my way up the stairs

Great central but quiet location, lots of details that make spending a few days here with family very comfortable and fun, incl. Laundromat, comprehensive AC/fans, nice kitchen and dining area, and family friendly food options around the corner. Easy Check-in/Check-out, would definitely come again. Very responsive owner.

Only minor issue maybe is a slightly dated shower and a few smaller convenience items missing in the kitchen.

Location was very convenient.

There is no air conditioning. The smell of mold is powerful in the hallway on entrance. When asked about it, the owner told me to live like a Venetian. He did have ample plug in fans. He always replied. Freezer is broken. There was no one to give us the keys. We had to follow a series of time released pdf files on WhatsApp. Reliance on 10 year old google map links was insufficient for navigating from the parking garage to the apartment when technology fails. When I asked for assistance owner informed me no other clients had an issue with this. Bare minimum was provided: towels, sheets …the entry to the building has paint peeling away from walls where you can see the plaster. And the stairs leading to the apartment are broken and dangerous when transporting a suitcase.
