The accommodation was in a lovely part of Venice. Our hosts were very accommodating as flight was late so we didn't arrive until nearly midnight. If you do travel at night make sure you sort your directions as so many alleys and bridges it did get confusing. The apartment was located in a quiet area and only a 10 min walk to the busy areas. Plenty of options for food and drink all within walking distance and perfect location to watch the sun set. Water bus stop nearby with options to visit all parts of Venice. This is a beautiful city with so much character but wear comfy shoes as lots of walking and bridges to cross. Alternatively you can purchase water bus day tickets and take the bus. You need to purchase these in advance or via an app as you cannot purchase at all the bus stops. Highly recommend Gondola ride this costs 70 to 100E depending on where you go. Lots of restaurants to choose from but those on the waterfront are more costly. We visited Lido which has a beautiful beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. This little island gives you a completely different feel. Overall a wonderful city break.

Only critism was apartment on top floor so 3 flights of stairs.

Location was good. It was clean.

There was less facility for cooking. Moreover, we did not have any wifi internet connection. There is no view of the see while in its photos it was supposed to be.
