Fantastic stay! The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet within easy reach of great bars and restaurants. The balcony was a wonderful bonus. Air conditioning in all the rooms kept everything comfortable, and Piotr was an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions right away, and made the check-in process seamless. Would stay again!
For the price, you really can't complain. Any minor issues are totally understandable given the budget. The decor could use a slight update and the water pressure was on the lighter side (typical for being higher up in the building), but neither impacted our stay. Fantastic value overall.

Had a wonderful stay! THE COLDEST AC! Which was amazing as we were there during the heatwave. Our group of six fit perfectly into the apartment and there was two additional roller twins so could easily fit 8. The terrace was beautiful and the area was so quite and peaceful. Kitchen had a stovetop, microwave and fridge/freezer tons of glassware, plates bowls and serving bowls. We cooked almost all of our meals in the apartment. Conrad grocery store was only a 12 minutes walk. And the Host is amazing and so quick to respond. This will be our new go to place in Venice

This property was in a fabulous area of Venice. 20 mins walk from St marks square. The property was in a lovely area with loads of restaurants, cafes and ice-cream shops. It was so close to the water bus from the Airport. Our Host was exceptional and nothing was any trouble. He was on call any time i needed him We were part of a very large group for Vogalonga festival. Everything was co-ordinated so well and I would stay in this property again.
