Appartamenti Cà d'Oro

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, right in the center of Venice, and it was easy to reach all the main attractions on foot. The price was very reasonable for such a great location. The accommodation was very clean, and the owners were extremely helpful from the beginning, providing clear instructions on how to reach the property and assisting us whenever needed. Overall, a great place to stay in Venice. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Everything was ok

Apartment was centrally located ~ 10-15 minute walk to the train station (we had our 70L packs on an were walking in 35 degree heat). Apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy and big windows for lots of natural light. We thought the lights were broken once we asked the host (who replied very quickly) we realised there was a small key to turn the lights on. Lotttttssssss of food and shopping nearby and close to all the toursity hot spots without being in a crowded location.

The air con unit was blocked by the table so even on the highest fan setting the fan was not enough to cool the room down, however we stayed during a heat wave so this would not have been an issue in cooler months / days. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift (this was in the description and not an issue for us but would be careful if you are older / have heavier bags)
