About this apartment rental
Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

This was a great location to stay in Venice. It was very small in the kitchen/living room area, but overall a very nice property. The owner had a nice youn man meet us at the Rialto boat taxi stop and guide us back to the VRBO which was very helpful! Thank you!

The property is amazing. Really close to everything and the host is great. Amazing service as well as very nice. Would definitely stay again and do recommend for everyone staying in Venice!! Really amazing!

The staff, Tania, who met us at the Rialto Bridge was lovely. The apartment was okay. Location was good.
There weren’t enough supplies for four adults for three nights. We had to go out and buy them. There was no clean dish towel, dish cloth, little bit of paper towels and toilet paper. The room upstairs needs more explanation than in the ad. Except for one small spot, you cannot stand up straight in the bedroom nor climb the stairs without bumping your head. Even the shortest among us at 5,2”. The mattresses were quite worn; could actually see and feel the coils.
Without a couple of flushes, the water kept running in the toilet.
There is a reason the room was priced at this point. It was manageable but we wouldn’t stay there again.
