Good communication with hosts Great location, just outside of the main centre so nice and quiet, but everything was easily accessible
There was quite a bit of mould on the walls/ceilings, it became clear the extraction from the bathrooms was not sufficient. The fridge was quite noisy so made a constant rumbling noise throughout the property. Something that might not bother some people, but mould can be a health hazard so thought it was worth noting.

Close to water taxi, away from busy crowd.
We are not sure if it is the norm in Venice, the accommodation was tight and in 3 levels. The stairs were narrow, it was a challenge for us to carry the luggage up.

Appartement bien situé, bonne literie et personnel réactif face aux problèmes liés à l’appartement.
Gros problème électrique dans l’appartement : la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et fait disjoncter tout l’appartement. Dès que l’on remet le courant au tableau électrique, des étincelles apparaissent. Le deuxième soir, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude. Dans la douche du premier étage, l’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement. Présence de moustiques écrasés sur les murs. Le nettoyage laisse à désirer. L’appartement devrait être mieux entretenu entre les locations. Dommage !
