The location was perfect- close to the train station, close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, the city center and cathedrals! The accomodations were exact for our family- ample space for sleeping arrangements , spacious bathroom with a spacious shower, amazing kitchen with an ample amount of china, pots and pans of various sizes and even a dishwasher ! This apartment even had a laundy machine although we did not need to use it . I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend this place to everyone for their Venice getaway !

Spacious rooms, washing machine, quiet neighbourhood.
Having to dispose of our rubbish when we vacated, sewerage smell permeated the area, many steps to access the apartment (including inside the front door) with unstable handrails.
