This is a beautiful and classic apartment. So many lovely things to be seen. The woodwork and furniture is amazing. The location is quiet but close to a campo that is thriving. It has very modern bathrooms and windows; this may sound odd to write about, but the mod cons are very appealing and appreciated. There is so much light and space. The owner was very welcoming and informative. When we come back to Venice we will try to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment on the canal. Central location was great for walking to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, organized, and well kept.

We had a fantastic week in this lovely third-floor apartment in the Dorsoduro. The apartment is bright and airy, it was a joy to wake each morning with the sun streaming through the windows overlooking the canal. It is very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking fresh seafood bought from the stalls in the Campo Santa Margherita. It is perfectly situated in the Dorsoduro with several good restaurants and cichetti bars close by. Evening strolls along the Zattere were a highlight and for culture we were close to the Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim gallery, the Frari, the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and Ca' Rezzonico. All in all thoroughly recommended. Thank you Lucia and Stefano.
