It is close to the train station, making it an easy walk with your luggage. Quick walk to the main areas, but far enough away you aren’t always around all the other tourists. Great little apartment for a family or those wanting to save some money by not eating out for every meal. One side of the apartment opened onto a canal as well. So that was a nice touch.
A few things were in the middle of being repaired while we were there. But it didn’t really affect our stay that much.

The room was very comfortable and the location was very close to everything.
The reception area was not very visible and took some time to locate it.

The apartment is in a great location and the staff were all lovely. They left recommendations which was handy so we didn’t have to think or try too hard to find good food.
There is no ‘comfort staples’ provided - body wash, shampoo, coffee or tea. The pull out lounge was convenient to accommodate 2 couples however there is nowhere else comfortable to sit once it becomes a bed so keep that in mind because you’ll do a lot of walking around Venice and want to put your feet up.
