Buena ubicación y la habitación es decente.
Una mujer que siempre estaba por ahí, me imagino que era del personal, vió que salia del baño y me culpo a mi de unos guarros que no estiraban de la cadena ni apagaban la luz a pesar de las pruebas de que no era yo quien hacia eso, vio que yo si lo habia hecho bien. Si vas a culpar a alguien de algo asegurate de que es el.

Die Lage war erwartungsgemäß und in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross und sauber.
Sowohl Vermieter wie auch Personal waren "mürrisch"(alles nur online via whats app). Die Behandlung in Sachen einer nicht sauberen Dusche, die auch nicht abfloss, war sehr unfreundlich und drastisch. Die Unterkunft ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig (keine Gläser, 3 Tassen + 5 Plastickbecher, 2 Messer...Der Zugang über drei Schlüsselkästen erforderte Unterstützung, da zwei von ihnen etwas abgenutzt und nicht zu lesen waren.

Wonderful apartments in Venice! The location is very convenient — close to the main attractions, yet in a quiet and cozy area. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly and always ready to help. We had only positive impressions from our stay and would be happy to stay here again!

Venice is extremely expensive so if you want to stay in Venice itself know that you will have to lower your expectations and pay more. Princess guest house is passable when you factor this in, there are basic kitchen and bathroom facilities and the location is good.
It was very noisy, no sound insulation at all and right above a restaurant that played music until 11.30pm, the entrance smelt like sewage, drains in the bathroom didn’t drain properly so water came back into the shower tray, no ability to control temperature so it was too hot. We were fortunate the other guests were respectful but if they aren’t don’t expect the hosts to do anything they took at least a day to respond to any messages. Also on of the curtains rails fell on another guest head so watch out.
