About this apartment rental
Wide 2-beds apartment on the first floor (living, kitchen, mini tiny outdoor, 2 bedrooms and bathroom), renovated in July 2018, in a residential neighbourhood close to S.Lucia train station, to the Jewish Quarter, to the Dept. Of Economics of Ca’ Foscari University.
Easy to reach are also the airports, the core of touristic city (St. Mark’s Square, Doge Palace, Basilica, Rialto bridge & market, La Fenice theatre, art museums). Nearby also, cafes & restaurants.
The space
On the first floor of this quiet building wide apartment has been just renovated (Summer ‘18). It is composed by living, pretty kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, mini tiny outdoor space, bathroom with shower, towels, toiletries, and 2 bedrooms.
Baby cot available upon request.

CITY TAX:
Help Save the City of Venice: ALL and any rental in Venice is required to collect City Tax to help maintain and restore the beautiful city, since 2019 it is €4 per person per night.
This is a legal requirement which we unfortunately can not include in the listing price but have to collect in cash or card payment upon arrival.
p.s. If someone does not charge city tax, they are operating illegally.
PERSONAL CHECK-IN REQUEST
In case of personal check-in request these fees are applied::

40 EUR for check-in after 22:00
50 EUR for check in after midnight
