We stayed in the “deluxe apartment” which is extremely nice. High ceilings, large rooms, and the biggest showers I’ve experienced in Europe.
The location was intentionally chosen due to its proximity to train station but you will get some foot traffic and rolling luggage due to this. But it’s close to everything in Venice.
Easily walkable to main attractions or towards the grand canal if you want to get a water taxi or water bus. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, and well appointed apartment in Central Venice. Lots of space with kitchen, sitting area, and separate bedroom. Would highly recommend. You’ll meet someone on the day you arrive to receive a physical key at check-in. This is the only part of the process that was not completely clear, but the property managers were great and very nice when talking to us upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay!

As good or better than the pictures. Host was helpful. Not far from grand canal but far enough to be quiet. Great cafe for breakfast nearby
