The apartment is located in the center of Venice, near the Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio one of the most typical and charming squares of the city.
In the historical center, near Rialto and other major attractions, is within easy walking distance from the railway station from the bus, or ferry through at Riva de Blasio, located a short walk from the apartment.
The rooms, recently restored, are large (21mq) and are bright with two large windows overlooking a typical street. It can accommodate two or three people in comfort and is equipped with a double bed with the possibility of adding a third bed.A corner with a sofa, also will welcome you for your moments of relaxation.
The apartment is equipped with TV, internet access wi-fi, heating, air conditioning. You can use the kitchen for meals.Ideally located Very peacefulIdeally located..

Gian Maria is an incredible host, offering suggestions for many authentic Venetian restaurants and must-see activities. The apartment offered all the amenities we needed, including washing machine and dryer. The beds were more comfortable than any rental we've ever been in, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. Can't say enough positive things. Thank you Gian Maria!

The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect as it's near the train station and just a few minutes walk to attractions. the owner is very accommodating and communicates actively.

Air conditioning worked very well. Host detail oriented with great written instructions. Very quiet so able to sleep without interruption. Spacious accommodations.

Poor communication of owner prior to our arrival-even after submitting passports. Location-1/4 mile to water taxi/ garbage disposal & 1.5 mile walk to St Marks Sq. Mosquitoes in residence. Washing machine did not work. Use of 2 beds necessary despite “rule” not to if less than 3 travelers. Rules to turn off electricity, A/C were followed. 32 euros occupancy tax paid with 5 euros and $30 US.
