About this apartment rental
Appartamento San Giacomo, beautiful apartment near the Rialto Bridge in the heart of Sestiere San Polo in Venice.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a building without an elevator. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. In the same room, there is a dining table and a sofa. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen-sized bed and the second with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.
Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay
*The building is not equipped with an elevator.
*The property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding which might cause some noise.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, payment of a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information related to your reservation in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice. Everything was just as expected, and the best part was the location—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from all the main sights. Perfect for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommended for families!
