Rudy House Venice

Soggiorno perfetto, posizione ottima e appartamento molto pulito. Ci hanno permesso di fare checkout posticipato senza chiedere alcun supplemento.

Localização muito perto da estação de trem, muito limpo, completo e organizado! A recepção foi muito simpática e pontual.

Na última noite o ar da parte superior não funcionou, e a tv fica na parte de baixo e não no quarto.

it was a great house ,comfortable and big. And kinda remind me my grandmothers house.

Everything was good, but somehow i could smell some dust in the bedroom.

Rudy was very welcoming and communicated well with us before we arrived. She welcomed us in the apartment well before our check in time as our train arrived around 12:30 pm. She provided local information including where to have breakfast and gelato. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to Venice Central Railway Station St Lucia where there are many waterbus stops on the Grand Canal for different lines are located. So it is very easy to get around in Venice. Notwithstanding its central location the apartment is in a quiet area at the back of hustle and bustle tourists area. It is very quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is well equipped on a ground level with bedroom located upstairs. It is warm in the bedroom compared to the downstairs area but both levels have air-conditioner. The kitchen is well equipped though some saucepans look old without lids.

Not much probably some updated kitchenware. It is the most expensive accommodation of our 17 days stay in north Italy. But it is Venice.
