Duplex at the entrance to Venice - Air conditioned - 2 Bathroom - Terrace

Location was great, near the train station and main areas without being noisy. Only had one small bridge to cross, so made it very accessible if you had any luggage. Had a supermarket very close by. The duplex itself was fully equipped and nicely decorated, just like the pictures. The air conditioning was excellent, especially for the hotter Venetian days. Self check in and check out was very easy, the host provided all of the information alongside some tips to get around Venice. Communication was amazing, if we needed anything or had any questions, we were free to ask. For a family of 4, the duplex was very spacious and the two bathrooms were useful. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom had lots of natural lighting. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

This property is very clean and well-maintained. It is conveniently located near the transportation hub, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The host provided excellent directions for obtaining the keys and checking in on our own, but our preference would have been for someone to walk us to the property upon check-in.

The apartment was very spacious considering we are a family of 5, it felt very safe, excellent location near the train station and close to Ferrovia Vaporetto. Fab left us clear instructions and had lots of guidance to help enhance our stay. We will definitely return!

Very convenient location. Close to transportation and shops. Having two toilets and showers is a big plus for a large family. There are a lot of dishes in the kitchen.

When you turn on the water in both showers at the same time, the water pressure is poor. The mattresses on the beds could be replaced with new ones. And maybe you should install an electric kettle. Water takes a long time to heat up on gas, and the kettle's whistle is very loud.
