Ca' Geremia is a 90sm apartment. It is composed of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with two beds each and one with one single bed, bathroom, small laundry room. The apartment is equipped with TV, fridge, freezer, sink, hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka, sheets and blankets, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, air conditioning, heating, internet. We also provide shampoo and shower gel.
THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-IN (4.00 EUROS PER PERSON PER NIGHT)

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive. Property was walkable with in 5 mins of the train station. Unit is clean and well managed. Beds were not comfortable. I am sure host can take care of it. Kitchen was great, bathroom was neat. Bedrooms were spacious and living room was large. Overall our stay was excellent. It’s super close to the street advantage is easy accessibility to many places, how ever if you are super sensitive to noises from street you might have some issues. We had few minor issues and host was gracious enough to address it right away. I highly recommend the stay here.

The apartment was perfect for our family trip to Venice. It is very close to the ferry, train, bus and many shops. We had plenty of room to spread out during downtime. Having access to a washer was also a huge bonus.
