A real venetian house! It's located at the second floor of Cà d'Asfalto, a venetian palace of '800. There is a wonderful view on the Cannaregio canal.
It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of the most caratheristic place in the city. Very close to the railway station (only 5 minutes) and the vaporetto boarding (100mt). It's composed of: living room, kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Air Conditioned in each bedroom and living room. WiFi. NO ELEVATOR

The location is just 10 minutes to the train station. Close to all conveniences to stock your fridge here! Great restaurants at your doorstep. It is in a spot that is quiet at night yet close enough to everything.Our host was very helpful.We will be back

We had a great stay here. It’s away from the crowds but still walking distance to everything. The apartment is huge and the view from the balcony is amazing. Will definitely return.

Fantastic location in less touristy area. Great set up for two couples, kitchen has everything you could hope for. Great showers, comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood, lovely deck to watch the goings-on of the canal.

Perfect spot for our group! Gorgeous location on the canal, vaporetto stop just a few steps away, several restaurants within a short distance. The rooms were generously sized, two full bathrooms with modern fixtures. Honestly, can’t think of a thing to improve upon. Easy check-in and communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again.
