About this apartment rental

Newly renovated apartment (Sett. 2016), equipped with every comfort, central area, convenient for public transport, 15 min walk from the train station, close to the sea and the main ferry station for 5 TERRE and for all locations of the sea in the area. Equipped with Wifi, air conditioning, elevator, in the area accessible by car. The house is located 2 floors above, so I will be available for any eventuality in a few minutes.

Very quiet area and most of the restaurants where closed until 7pm which is normal for Italy, Home Base for Cinque Terre area

Our stay at La Spezia was very nice. Property was close to water taxis, port area and plenty of dining choices including grocery. Bus stop was 50 meters away. Train station was definitely a cab ride with bags but it was only 11 Euro. A/C worked well, unit was spacious and host was courteous. I would recommend.

This was a great location for visiting Cinque Terre, Pisa and Lucca. Also great local bakeries and osterias.

Beautiful renovated apartment. Very clean and in a nice chill area close to the port, center, and not too far from the train station.

The apartment is clean and very nice. The air conditioning worked very well. It was about 1/5 mile walk to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. We used it as our home base. La Spezia has a lot to offer too. It was wonderful restaurants and shops but it has a city feel. Our host was excellent as well. He was always available and very kind and helpful. I would certainly reccomend it!
