Delizioso appartamento

We loved the location. It would have been convenient to stay if arriving or leaving by train. Apt had washer with detergent which was an excellent thing to have. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. Felt like living at home. Coffee and snacks were thoughtful. Should keep milk or creamer maybe. The bedroom closets were a good touch too. No lift however, have to carry luggage upstairs. I guess it’s difficult to retrofit older buildings. Balcony was great too. Parking is difficult on street and nearest sureshot parking is 10 mins away at station. I think the shortcomings were overcome with how good the apartment was. We wished we had stayed there longer and visited Cinque Terre from La Spezia by train rather than staying in the difficult to reach apts in Cinque Terre!

Property did not have AC or microwave. Such a wonderful apt needs to have all rooms with AC during summers. The water kettle needs to be changed or cleaned as it has too much hard water deposit. The fans in both rooms had only one power cord. The battery doesn’t last the whole night. The living room sofa bed is not comfortable for adults.

Tolle Wohnung mit einzigartiger Atmosphere! Ankommen und gleich wie zuhause fühlen! Eine Wohnung mit Seele! und allem, was man braucht für einen Top-Aufenthalt in La Spezia: Parken auf der Straße in der Nähe für ein paar Euro am Tag, zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, ein paar Schritte ins historische Zentrum und zur Hafenpromenade ... Lichtdurchflutete und shet stilvolle Wohnung. Ein Traum!
