Очень удобное расположение, до набережной недалеко, так же до жд вокзала. Рядом кафе, супермаркеты и магазины)

La ubicación. Está en la zona centro de la Spezia con gran oferta de bares, restaurantes y supermercados. Además el trayecto a la estación central era fácil.
Al apartamento le falta mucho mantenimiento. La nevera no enfriaba, no había microondas, la campana extractora no funcionaba, las contraventanas cerraban mal por lo que entraba luz por la ventana de la habitación, la lámpara de la mesita tenía una bombilla fundida, y ofrecen secador de pelo que es inexistente. Tuvimos además la mala fortuna de que en el apartamento contiguo, que es también turístico, había unos huéspedes excesivamente ruidosos. En definitiva, no pudimos disfrutar de los servicios que ofrecian, por lo tanto muy caro calidad-precio.
