The misadventures of Prione 173

Location was good. Good views from the balconies towards the tower bells. Spacious.

Update the kitchen accessories. The oven caused a blackout in the entire apartment. Only 2 gas top rings on the stove were functional. Very annoying!!! Many flights of stairs. 2 sets of keys would have been better. A lock box with code at the street entrance. No clothes lines pegs. No tea towels. A single smelly wipe, further cleaning utensils required. No bathroom hand gel. No information about the apartment, appliances and or in how to turn on the hot water system. Squeaky and jaming doors.

Excellent location

Very spacious apartment, excellent location on the main strip of La Spezia right between the port and the train station. 5 of us stayed comfortably. Was great to have a washing machine. Host was very responsive.

The single bedroom upstairs gets hot so the 5th person slept on the pull out bed which was less comfortable. The apartment is also on the 4th floor without an elevator which made luggage carrying difficult. This would not prevent me from recommending the apartment, just something to keep in mind for bigger groups with heavy luggage.

No volvería a ir. Pésimo trato

Ubicación

Las instalaciones están muy mal cuidadas: enchufes que no van, un fuego de la cocina que no va, el sofá cama roto (no pudimos dormir los 7), luces que fallan, y NO hay agua caliente. La caldera falla y no te ofrecen soluciones. No volvería a ir, es caro y es un apartamento muy mal cuidado.
