Nice apartment, but poorly managed/mantained

Nice apartment, modern, located in a good area. It is equipped with everything you need.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews for accomodations, but our stay was far from what we imagined. 1. From the moment we arrived we were disappointed that the parking space was too small for our car, as we travelled by car. We chose this apartment specifically for the parking space and we could not benefit from it. The parking space is extremely small, only a small car could fit in it. I called the host to help us with this issue and all they could say was that they were sorry and that we can park somewhere on the street on the parking spaces with white lines that are free or with blue lines, but we have to pay. We were appaled when we heard that we would have to pay to park our car, as we consider that the amount paid for the accomodation also includes the parking space. The neighbours were more helpful than the host and they told us where we could park and we were lucky enough to find available free parking space on another street. 2. The apartment was superficially cleaned, as there were clumps of dust under the bed and under the sofa. We even discovered that the mugs in the kitchen cabinet were not clean, most likely they were not washed after the previous guests. We were left with the impresion that the apartment is not cleaned well enough after someone's stay and they rely on the guests to keep the apartment clean, as we were asked at the end of our stay to take out the trash and leave the apartment how we found it. 3. The comunication with the host was terrible, as the apartment is managed by a company and the mobile number is allocated to the company. My messages on Whatsapp and Booking were answered with delay of hours or even days. 4. Altough the host knew that we were a group of 4 people, the sofa was not prepared/expanded upon our arrival. All the other accomodations that we had before prepared the sofa in advance for us, as every sofa can have a different expansion system. 5.

Not worth it.

Close to shopping center if you need something.

We had few problems with Wifi. First of all there was a completely different name of wifi and password (then we got from host). So first day we didn't have internet at all (no suppert from host), than few times we got issues when internet go to almost 0 speed. Contact with host was poor. Air conditioner was very very loud (and it sounds like washing maschine), it was annoying especially at night! The parking spot was quite short. Nobody asked us what car do we use and if you has a car just a little longer than our you will not fit it there. Also few details like: quite poor location. floor wasn't very clean, also u can see on photo eg. how much hand soap do we get for 6 days :) Probably the worst apartment I've ever rented via booking.com.

Superb apartment and definitely recommended.

It is a relatively new apartment in a quite neighborhood. Slightly in the outskirt of the city center but still you can find grocery shop and restaurants in walking distance. There is free parking spot available which is a bonus. Online check-in instructions help a lot as we arrived late in the apartment. Apartment is in very good size for two adults and two young kids. Both beds in the bedroom and sofa bed are comfortable and bathroom is great. Basic needs like kitchen utensil are provided even some coffee capsules for your morning.

Since we are there with small kids, a smart TV will be nice for them :)

Nice, modern appartment with parking space

Spacious and modern appartment with a safe and private parking space. The self check in worked perfectly. The flat is in the basement, there is AC which we did not even need. Shopping mall is very close by and a bus stop is also not that far away. Good starting point to visit Cinque Terre.

The bed is a bit noisy when moving and woke up the partner. They forgot to put toilet paper before we arrived. The shower is a bit impractical (if you use the shower head from above you have to stand very close to walls) and there was no place for your shampoo inside the shower (except on the floor). Cleaning could be more precise (e.g. when moving the coffee machine it did not look so good below). No personal interaction with the owner.

Schönen Appartement

Das Appartement hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist schön, sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Der Preis ist auch okay 👍. Zu Fuß benötigt man etwa 30 Minuten bis zum Zentrum, aber in der Nähe fahren Busse zu einem günstigen Preis von 1,50 € pro Fahrt. Zum Strand kann man auch fahren, circa 20 Minuten mit dem Bus. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht – wirklich alles. Ein privater Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden, allerdings muss ich darauf hinweisen, dass er nicht für große Autos geeignet ist. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, mit unserem VW Kombi einzuparken.

Uns hat die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nicht gefallen. Wahrscheinlich liegt es daran, dass die Vermittlung durch eine Firma und nicht durch eine private Person erfolgt. Auf unsere Fragen haben wir einen Tag später eine Antwort erhalten. Zum Beispiel haben wir gemeldet, dass die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher fehlt, und als Antwort bekamen wir einen Tag später: 'Im Kasten schauen.' Natürlich haben wir überall gesucht und sie nicht gefunden, was wir auch mitgeteilt haben. Danach haben wir keine weitere Antwort mehr erhalten. Aus diesem Grund müssen wir für die schlechte Kommunikation einen Punkt in unserer Bewertung abziehen. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau, denn alles andere war okay. 👍
