Superb

The flat was very modern and renovated, perfectly clean. We really appreciated two ACs, washing mashine, dish washer and iron. Also the placement is very practical, just 5 minutes from the train station to Cinque Terre. The owner is a very fair and friendly guy.

We were missing some things in the kitchen (like knives or cups), but we told the owner and he promised to buy and add them. :)

Modern, clean facility with all the necessary amenities available.

Owner/host met us and presented up with a nice cold bottle of a rose wine.

Pillows were hard, no soft ones on site. The unit is at the back of a building requiring a long walk down an alley with broken pavement which was not good on our luggage. The location was close to a secondary train station which caused us to have to take a train to the main (central) station each day. The train station ticket kiosk did not work most days and there was no staff at the station to assist. It was necessary to wait for a train and to ask the conductor what to do. This is not the owners fault.

Superb

We stayed here for one night. Manuel was really friendly, he helped us and answered all our questions. Our dog was warmly invited. The train station to Cinque Terre is just 5minutes, we recommend to book the tickets online. We had a nice time.

Good for a budget stay

The host was extremely friendly, great facilities and super clean rooms

The location isn’t completely accessible by cars - you can park nearby but you need to walk ~ 5 mins to get to the apartment (entrance tucked in an alley behind a rundown building) Other than that, it’s very close to supermarkets and train station (to Cinque Terre)

Perfect! Strongly recommend to stay here. Very clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Even the sofa bed is very comfortable for two person. Manuel is very kind and helpful host. Is is very easy to get to the train station and go to the Cinque Terres. Free parking is always aviable around the building.

Big size appartment, nice and clean. The host was very nice and helpfull. The location is not central but the neighbours were very kind..gave the kids some sweets and told us stories. I kindly reccomand this accomodation.

Tutto il contrario

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, due bambini compresi... Innanzitutto per nulla accogliente arrivare a gennaio e trovare il riscaldamento spento e la finestra aperta.... Poi capisci che serviva per areare i locali dato l'insopportabile e persistente odore di muffa.... Praticamente ovunque anche dietro i caloriferi, nella doccia.... Per non parlare dei condizionatori.... Altro che sanificazione all'ozono come descritto. La vasca idromassaggio rotta, mi è stato comunicato lo stesso giorno dell'arrivo dall'host, ma in realtà anche recensioni precedenti lo citano. Giardinetto esterno praticamente inesistente e in comunione con i vicini senza alcun divisorio... solo qualche vasetto malconcio a terra e per di più dovrebbe essere idoneo per i disabili con tre gradini.... Posizione molto periferica, a ridosso della ferrovia, in una vietta pedonale molto poco curata. Sulla pulizia nulla da dire, ma del resto non si possono fare miracoli in qualche ora... Manca proprio di un'adeguata manutenzione periodica. Forse solo in estate potrebbe essere meno umido! Le foto pubblicate non rispecchiano lo stato attuale!

Endroit pratique.

Situé à 5 mn à pied de la gare, d'un supermarché. Place de parking (gratuit) facile à trouver aux alentours. Logement très bien aménagé et très propre.
