Host didnt meet us but gave a detailed instructions. The apartment is very clean- definitely a hotel standard.
It’s not in La spezia central which mean more opportunities to grab a seat in the train before the chaos.
Alot of noise, behind the apartment it’s a car garage

Situé à 5 mn à pied de la gare, d'un supermarché.
Place de parking (gratuit) facile à trouver aux alentours.
Logement très bien aménagé et très propre.
Un peu bruyant le matin.

The flat was very modern and renovated, perfectly clean. We really appreciated two ACs, washing mashine, dish washer and iron. Also the placement is very practical, just 5 minutes from the train station to Cinque Terre. The owner is a very fair and friendly guy.
We were missing some things in the kitchen (like knives or cups), but we told the owner and he promised to buy and add them. :)
