Very clean, almost feels like everything was brand new. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed sheets, duvet lovely and soft. Pillows were good too. A feeling of silky good quality material. The view from the room was lovely and we had a good nights sleep. It was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was very good.
It was too far to walk to the main shopping area and train station. We had to get an Uber every time.
A small bathroom make-up mirror and light would be beneficial. No teaspoons at breakfast.

The location was perfect next to the university and the room very quiet (as I had wished). The view was great. The staff was very nice and helpful and importantly, did not appear stressed or overworked (I hope that's not just an impression!).
The breakfast was in many ways very good, but there could have been more vegan and gluten free options.

room looked more like budget hotel, didn't match my expectation considering hyat brand who keep the standard up.
