I liked how easy it was to check in and out and the size of the room. The room was really big and the bed was very comfortable, had a very good night's sleep. We ate in the restaurant which the food was really nice in the evening and the breakfast was superb.
I didn't like that you only gave 2 coffee sachets for our room just wasn't enough. The price of the drinks are very expensive and seriously over priced. The TV remote in the room was faulty so couldn't change the channels.

Fantastic location opposite the station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Really nice rooms and staff were incredible.

Location was great and beds super comfy. The staff were helpful in trying to resolve issues
The air con unit was very noisy and went off loudly every 5 mins through night and had very bad sleep during my stay
