Location, building, style and staff.
Bathroom needed some maintenance with regard to the flooring.

Close proximity to everything. The bed was so comfortable.Breakfast was superb. Great choice on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lift wasn’t working although they did offer to carry our bags for us which wasn’t needed. We were on floor 2 which was ok but if we’d have been on up it might’ve been an issue. Couldn’t be helped and maintenance were on hand to fix it.

The aesthetic of the exterior and interior of the Heathcote was beautiful.
Lift was out of action for the duration of the stay.

Location was good.
Room was very warm and the air conditioning was not working. Furniture was wobbly and a bit worn. Unable to crack open windows. Toilet did not flush well. Poor water pressure.
