Excellent location. Walking distance to the Manchester Central Convention Centre and few steps from Chinatown. Easy access to the city centre.
Can be a bit noisy from the bars that went beyond midnight

Location was perfect. Building is beautiful. Price was good. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk in room. Fan was provided. Bed was very comfortable.
The room was boiling, no air conditioning. A fan was provided but it just circulated the hot air in the room. Granted we did stay on a very hot day and chose a room without a window as the price was good, but even so, air-conditioning is definitely needed in the room! The shower was broken. No extra pillows in room.

The location, the staff, and the presentation, the dining was refreshing..
As regards the bed pillows, I found them to be rather hard, I need soft ones due to health issues.
