I think the 3rd time I've stayed in the Roomzzz Manchester. It's so useful for anywhere in the central town - including the many music venues I was visiting.
The main lift was broken the entire stay - but I was pre-warned, and the staff always let us use the staff lift to go up when required. Only 3 floors up so wasn't a deal breaker

The staff were super friendly and helpful, facilities were great! The location was perfect.
I found the bed to be slightly discomfortable due to the “double bed” being two single beds pushed together, the beds and mattresses moved during sleep which was slightly disruptive to sleep and uncomfortable.

Loved the room, spacious and clean. great view and lots of windows making it very well lit.
The lift was broken. Had to carry heavy suitcase and shopping up 4 flights of stairs in a very hot hotel wearing our outdoor coats since it was 0 degrees outside. I had the email the lift was broken 4 days prior to the stay and assumed an engineer would have been out to fix it by the time we stayed. My partner smokes and to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs every time he wanted to go outside made the stay unenjoyable.
