My friends and I were surprised by this hotel, in a good way. Compared to what we usually pay it was cheap and it was boom in the centre. We managed to go round Manchester by walk and only used transport to travel to the airport (and even then, the station was close by walk). Really good Hotel of you’re going to Albert Hall.
We also enjoyed that the toilet was separate from the shower in the room. So getting ready was easier with 4 people.

The location is very good, and the hotel room is excellent. Many thanks to the gentleman who checked me in so quickly so I could rest after a long flight.
The only thing I didn’t like was that when I arrived around 6:00 in the morning, the staff was not friendly, as they probably thought I was some kind of refugee or something similar. The attitude felt more like “what am I doing here?” rather than understanding that I am a guest. I had even sent a message saying I would arrive early. I can understand that the girl and the man, who was already dressed in sportswear, were tired, but I expected more professionalism in terms of the first impression. The guy who checked me in, however, was very professional and accommodating.

Good location, ease of check-in and friendly staff. Good value for money.
Room was very small, carpets and some finishes worn and filled with years of grime. My room had a window that lost its tight fit and let street noise along with some draft into the room. The bathroom was a motel-style plastic prefab unit. Entire property could use an update.
