Breakfast was not included, liked that it was budget friendly and we could come and go as we pleased. It was generally clean but could have been better.
Wasn't keen on the shared bathroom and some basic maintenance and decorating needs attention. Plug sockets and light fitting were loose for example.

The price and location are unbeatable. If you're planning to be out of the room most of the day/evening it is absolutely perfect. Cleaning staff came daily to clean bathrooms/empty rooms.
It is very loud (expected and unavoidable because of the location), but there is a karaoke bar open until 5am on the floor below. The 2 bathrooms are shared, during our 3-day stay only 1 was available the entire time, so you usually had to wait for other guests to finish showering/using the toilet before we were able to. There were a lot of holes in walls/chipped paint ect. but nowhere was dirty. Staff at the bar were friendly but the bar isnt open always, we asked a cleaner for another bin bag as ours was full but we never received one.
