This was in a really convenient area and the room was lovely and comfortable! The staff were lovely and very helpful. Sarah helped us check in and answered any questions we had. She was amazing!

Lovely helpful staff, great location to AO and shops , Car park basically over the road, would definitely recommend and would definitely return here.

Location is perfect for arena, Northern quarter and New Century Hall venue. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Private entrance via key fob and you can just post it into a box to check out. The pub is lovely and convenient too, and sometimes even has live music on according to the boards I saw.
Bed was comfy enough, room was warm enough and there were plug sockets free!
- Sadly no hairdryer or coffee sachets in the room (just teabags). I brought my own but it'd be even better if it was provided.
- Shower didn't drain very quickly so showers had To be super short or there's potential of flood!
- Single room was very small. No window or table to sit at. Was able to sit on the end of the bed and use the mirror in the bathroom to do make-up and hair though.
I didn't really need more than a place to crash but it was near identical to my old student dorm of years ago even to the sink that you can't fit the kettle in to fill it up. Needs a small jug for this purpose to prevent spills!
