staff room kind and very helpful staff
was put in the 'wrong room' so had to be moved asked for rose petals on bed, these were included in the 2nd room, but were no longer the surprise they should've been (rectified with a goodwill gesture)

Beautiful hotel, staff very attentive and helpful, our room was beautiful and we had a really lovely note and chocolate to welcome us, our room was immaculate and we were extremely happy with our stay thank you so much.

Staff were friendly
Main issue was overnight noise - the soundproofing didnt seem good enough so we were disturbed a number of times Also the arrival experience isnt great for such a large upmarket hotel Decor hasnt really changed since it was The Gotham
