    We arrived late after making a last minute booking due to an event we were attending. Checked in around 10pm. Member of staff at reception was very welcoming, offered us both a glass of prosecco whilst we completed some forms and informed us that our room had been upgraded for free to an executive suite. The room was fabulous. Also being on canal street we were concerned it may be noisy and I wasn't. We had an amazing sleep after returning after our event. Check out wasn't until 11am so didn't feel rushed. Would definitely stay again

    Air-conditioning in the room did not work was not informed that the breakfast was delivered Continental and had to pre-order it to the room. They delivered a fan. It was so noisy that couldn’t be used. Safe in the room did not work. No telephone in the room and was not informed that there is a WhatsApp group that you can join to communicate with the Hotel. Romey is a bit tired and shabby grout in the bathroom is all removed. No bottled water supplied in the room while there is but you’ve gotta pay £3 for a tiny bottle from the Mini bar. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.
