    The bed was infested with bed bugs. I got badly bitten by these insects and had to spend the night outside the hotel.

    I booked this hostel based on recommendations from people on the website, but when I arrived in person I didn't like it at all. The shower is terrible; you have to wait like an idiot for the water to come on before you can shower. The water stops running and you're left with soap on your face waiting for the water to come back on. Many things are old and broken; the door frame is thrown around broken behind the bathroom counters, pieces are falling off. There are no lockers in the rooms. You have to hand over your backpack with your belongings to the receptionists, who even give you a dirty look. This place is Indian and Bengali style. When I booked, I was supposed to stay in an 8-bed room, but they put me in a 15-bed room. Very dirty, I didn't like it, I won't be back and I don't recommend it. Thank you.
