    Right next to Piccadilly station with convenients store, cafes and quick bites next door. Very spacious room and good layout for families or groups of friends. Short walk to city centre and attractions. The wifi was broken down for hours at check in, causing delays and inconvience, but front desk staff was able to accommodate and offer flexibility for us to go into our rooms with master key first. Highly recommend especially for first timers at Manchester for ease of navigation.

    Clean and comfortable apartment-hotel. Our apartment was well-equipped with a wide range of amenities, including a Nespresso machine. The accommodation is less than a minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer as it was such a pleasant stay. Recommended.

    A very nice, convenient and comfortable place to stay. Very cordial and supportive environment. Rooms were clean and nicely maintained.

    Located walking distance to the train. But this place wasn't what I expected. I expected my room to be cleaned, my trash to be taken out, new towels at least... after 3 night stay. I even put the sign to get my room cleaned. But the sign got removed and room wasn't cleaned. Left disappointed and didn't say anything. The room is booked was huge, I liked that. But couldn't work the coffee machine. I might not stay here again. Staff felt like employees vs. Personal able.
