    We went for my husband's birthday, which I mentioned in the special requests, as I have noticed others had and thought they may have done something special like a card/drink in the room or an upgrade maybe...but there was nothing which was a bit disappointing. Woke up this AM to window cleaners cleaning our window not once, but went over it four times banging each time. There was also hair in the bathroom which wasn't ours. Went for breakfast this morning and had to wait for coffee for about 20 minutes before being asked again and a lovely lady went and got it straight away, didn't catch her name, possibly the restaurant manager? Overall I wouldn't choose to stay here again, we have been to better hotels.
